Members will be chosen to attend this event by the order in which they joined The IGY6; Foundation.

Members chosen for this event will be contacted by phone and email.

If you choose not to attend or you are unable to attend, you will not lose your spot on the adventure rollcall list.

• Traveling For IGY6; Foundation Events

The IGY6; Foundation is partnered with Pine to Palm Travel to offer you a hassel-free travel experience that will ensure you great rates. This service is provided to all of our travelers 100% free of cost.

• Meals

The IGY6; Foundation believes that our families are a major part of our growth and healing process. We encourage each member that is participating in our events to bring their families to The IGY6; Family Feast. Each event is capped off this special member reunion event that is friendly for all ages. The IGY6; Foundation is a family first organization, and we want to welcome those nearest to your heart to be a part of this inspiring group of men and women.

• Lodging

The IGY6; Foundation ensures that anyone that is traveling to our events is provided lodging in our IGY6; Retreat House. This is an alcohol/drug free enviornment that offers our members a great chance to help build stronger bonds with fellow IGY6; Foundation members. This location is carefully selected and offers limited occupancy. Due to the limited capacity, members traveling with family may need to find alternative lodging plans. This can be easily booked using our partnered travel agency Pine to Palm Travel to give you the best rates and ease of mind while booking.

**The IGY6; Foundation reserves the right to relocate a veteran/first responder on our "adventure rollcall" list to accomodate special circumstances involving: our members, our foundations budget, or overall best interest of our foundation as deemed appropriate by our board members.
